Two arrested and three juveniles apprehended in dairy owner murder case | Delhi News

New Delhi: Two people were arrested and three juveniles were apprehended in connection with the murder of a dairy owner, allegedly over teasing, in southwest Delhi’s Palam Village on Wednesday during Holi, police said.The deceased was identified as Punit Yadav, who lived with his family in Palam and ran a milk dairy.
Police said they received information on Wednesday that a man was stabbed by around eight to ten individuals at Gali No 7 in Mahavir Enclave. The injured man was rushed to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries during treatment.A case under Sections 103(1) (murder) and 3(5) (common intention) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) was registered at Palam Village police station.During the investigation, police analysed CCTV footage and identified the suspects.According to police, one of the minors alleged that the victim repeatedly teased him, leading to resentment. On the day of the incident, while allegedly under the influence of alcohol, the minor decided to confront the victim and attacked him with a knife.
